Tennessee Voices, Episode 278: Nashville area real estate industry expert roundtable

The Nashville area real estate market continues to boom.

Over the last several years, Music City has ranked at or near the top of the nation's hottest housing markets.

The Volunteer State was the top relocation area for U-Haul in 2020, fueled by the growth of Middle Tennessee's population due to the tax and business environment and the relative low cost of living.

As a result, housing prices are soaring and rents are rising. Living in the area is much more expensive than before.

On this episode of the Tennessee Voices video podcast, I spoke with four real estate industry leaders in the region:

They shared their analysis of the market and spoke about trends. They also talked about options for first-time homebuyers and advice for consumers who feel left out of the market because of how expensive it has become.
