Tennessee Voices, Episode 348: Kevin Cowherd, senior managing director, Ankura

The information age, technology advancements and the race for talent have transformed and disrupted businesses across the globe.

Managing that change is challenging for internal company stakeholders and their consumers.

Cowherd is senior managing director at consulting firm Ankura's Nashville-based S&P practices.

He has worked on leading change at major companies across the globe over the last two decades and his clients have included automotive, manufacturing and software enterprises.

We talked about numerous business concepts from "good enough" versus perfection to divergence versus convergence.

He also discussed the importance of diversity of thought in business.

Cowherd previously worked at IBM in senior leadership positions and obtained his executive MBA at Vanderbilt University.
