Want to live in one of the priciest zip codes in the country?

Because Caroline Wozniacki’s luxury Miami Beach penthouse is for sale.

Price tag: $42.5 million.

The sprawling apartment is located in the 10-story Palazzo Del Sol on way exclusive Fisher Island. Wozniacki and her husband David Lee bought it for $18.7 million back in June 2021, according to property records.

Only accessible by boat or ferry, Fisher Island, aka 33109, currently ranks No. 2 on a list of 100 Most Expensive Zip Codes in the United States. (No. 1 is 94027. That would be tech-heavy Atherton, Caifornia. And No. 3 is 90210, which fans of ‘90s TV show already know is Beverly Hills.)

So what do you get for all that dough?

Amazing views, for one. The 7,000-square foot, five bedroom, five and a half bathroom unit comes with a wraparound terrace overlooking water everywhere.

Among the contemporary interior perks are a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances; Bang & Olufsen sound system; and smart home technology throughout.

Amenities at the 10-story tower include a movie theater, kids room, spa and concierge.

The penthouse is listed by Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman. On the Realtor’s Instagram post with pictures of the luxury spread, she calls the “sky estate” the “definition of design and grandeur.”
