Tensions high between U.S. and Russia ahead of first Biden-Putin meeting

President Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin will this week come face-to-face for the first time since Biden took office. Ahead of the meeting President Putin told NBC in an exclusive interview, relations between the countries are at their “lowest point”.
