RACHELLE AKUFFO: Tesla just hours away from hosting its AI day. And the most exciting thing on the docket is the humanoid Tesla bot, also known as Optimus. Now, after seeing mockups and a dancing standin last year, Elon Musk says he's making sure he has a working prototype to show off tonight. Now, if all goes to plan, we could see Tesla bots in production by 2023.

And of course, along with the robots, we're seeing that Reuters is reporting a possible 50% increase in Tesla Model Y and Model 3 production next year. According to that report, Tesla could produce 495,000 Model Y and 3's in the fourth quarter this year and 1.59 million through the first three quarters of 2023. Guys.
