Remember the woman who used Gorilla Glue for hair spray? Now, a few years later and with a healthy head of hair, she is now competing on the Food Network.

NOLA.com reports that Tessica Brown is a part of the new cast of Food Network reality competition show, Worst Cooks in America: Viral Sensations.

The popular reality show is using viral stars as the twist for its 25th season and Brown certainly qualifies; when she posted her video warning people of the dangers of using heavy duty glue in place of hair products in 2021, she was the subject of both ridicule and concern.

Now, two years after Dr. Michael Obeng, a California dermatologist, devised a plan that would finally remove the glue from Brown’s hair, she is now living out life as a minor celebrity on the cooking competition show with 11 other viral stars who are trying to learn how to cook under the guidance of Darnell Ferguson and Anne Burrell. So far, Brown has made it through two weeks of competition, bringing her closer to the $25,000 grand prize.

Brown’s goal by going on the show is to gain a relationship thanks to some improved cooking skills.

“I want to learn how to cook because my grandma always said ‘The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach,'” she said on the show, according to NOLA.com. “…I want a ring.”

Watch Brown’s progress on Worst Cooks in America: Viral Sensations Sundays at 7/6c on Food Network.
