Tex-Mex chain Chuy's announces sixth Middle Tennessee location, coming fall 2022

Tex-Mex restaurant chain Chuy's is planning to add another location to its Middle Tennessee takeover this fall.

Referred to as Chuy's White Bridge, the new eatery is set for a November opening at 17 White Bridge Road, close to the intersection of White Bridge Road and Harding Pike.

The building was once home to O’Charley’s.

William "Billy" Dale, general manager of Chuy’s White Bridge, said the team is eager to open so they can serve the West Nashville community.

“A key aspect of our culture is becoming a part of the communities we serve – from the residents to the businesses and charitable organizations in the area," he said. "We are excited to bring that philosophy to West Nashville."

Just like other Chuy’s locations, the White Bridge restaurant will include menu staples like the Big as Yo’ face steak burrito, seasoned ground beef burrito, and Chicka- Chicka Boom-Boom enchiladas, which can be ordered alongside chips and salsa and lime margaritas.

Decor will include a school of hand-carved fish overhead, Elvis shrine, hubcaps and framed photographs of dogs from the area of the La Chihuahua Bar.

There will be a bar set up in the middle of the eatery as well as a party room. Guests can book the space in advance.

Based in Texas, Chuy’s first ventured into Tennessee with the opening of its Cool Springs location in November 2009. Other Chuy's in the Nashville area followed suit, opening in Brentwood, Midtown, Murfreesboro, and Opry Mills.

At Chuy's White Bridge, lunch and dinner will be available from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

A happy hour with $5 queso and special drink offerings will be held from 3-6 p.m. on weekdays.
