Update: An Amber Alert for 13-year-old Cecilia Alvarado has been discontinued after she was found, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old girl from Houston, Texas. Cecilia is described as having black hair, and brown eyes, standing 5′5″, and weighing 130 lbs.

She was last seen Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 1 a.m. in the 16000 block of Sunshine Street, Houston, wearing a gray shirt and black pants.

Law enforcement officials believe Cecilia has been abducted by an unknown adult man and is in danger at this time.
