Texas football kicker Cameron Dicker in the NFL Draft: Three things to know

Cameron Dicker has achieved a whole heck of a lot while kicking for the Texas football team.

Now, he hopes to take his talents to the pros. We'll all find out where Dicker lands during NFL Draft weekend April 28-30.

Here are three things you should know about Dicker.

Cameron Dicker became a scoring king while playing for Texas

On top of have played in 49 career games, Dicker earned the accolade of having scored the most points by a place-kicker in Texas history (386 points) and having scored the third-most points among any position through the football program's history.

Ranked high in high school

Dicker's college numbers are impressive, but so are the stats he put up before he even reached voting age.

While playing for Lake Travis in Austin, Dicker racked up 331 points, selected to be on the 2017 Super Team by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football and was rated the No. 4 kicker in his recruiting class nationally by 247Sports.

Not from around these parts

Some folks don't know this, but Dicker was born in Hong Kong and actually spent some time living in Shanghai and Taiwan.
