Texas gas drops 15 cents from last week to under $3.50 per gallon

AAA on Thursday reported that the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline in Texas fell 15.1 cents from last week, to $3.493.

The nationwide average fell 14.9 cents from last week, to $3.999 per gallon. It is the first time since March 5 that the national average has been under $4, according to the AAA.
