Texas gas prices up more than 28 cents from last week
AAA on Thursday reported that the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline in Texas rose 28.3 cents from last week, to $4.624.
The nationwide average increased 25.5 cents from last week, to $4.970 per gallon.
