The suspect is from San Antonio and has ties to the Lufkin, Texas, area through her boyfriend's family, the statement said.
The Lufkin Police Department was contacted Wednesday by Blue Bell Creameries after the Texas-based company "instructed all of its division managers to see if they could identify the store location" where the incident took place, the police department said via Facebook.

Woman riding cart, drinking wine from Pringles can barred from Walmart
In January, Wichita Falls police received a unique call involving a woman drinking wine in a Walmart parking lot.
Employees requested officers ban a woman from the local Walmart after she reportedly had been drinking wine from a Pringles can for several hours.
Officer Jeff Hughes, a WFPD spokesperson, said police were told by dispatchers that they were looking for a woman wearing a blue jacket and black pants.
The woman was reportedly riding on an electric shopping cart more commonly used for people with physical limitations.
