Thailand returns smuggled orangutans to Indonesia
These smuggled Sumatran orangutans are going home
Two critically endangered orangutans
Ung Aing and Natalee
were smuggled into Thailand three years ago
They're now being returned to their home in Indonesia
where they will be released into the wild

(SOUNDBITE) (Thai) THAI DEPUTY DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL PARKS, WILDLIFE AND PLANT CONSERVATION, PRAKIT VONGSRIVATTANAKUL, SAYING:"In the past, Thailand has repatriated 69 orangutans back to Indonesia and today, we are sending back two more - making the number of the repatriation 71. The Republic of Indonesia were also impressed with the way we took great care of the orangutans while they were pending for the court procedures. As you can see, they all look healthy."
