Many restaurants are offering take-out dinners and dine-in options in the Poconos and Lakes Region.

From gravy and mashed potatoes to prime rib, here’s a roundup of local eateries cooking on turkey day.

Leave the cooking to the chef Lindsay McClain and staff at Pocono Organics. Buy a bundle or order items individually. Orders must be placed by Nov. 19. Pick up between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

The menu: organic turkey, mushroom brioche stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, candied yams, roasted Brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese, corn bread muffins.

Desserts: choose from pumpkin, pecan, dutch apple, or pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin blondies (vegan). Cost $35-$60.

Cost: Dinner costs between $35-$300 and turkeys are priced $7.75 per pound (a $25 deposit is required to pre-order).

The Dock's fuss-free dinner

Dinner will be served inside the Kilimanjaro Ballroom. Seating times are from 2 to 5 p.m.

The menu: orange brined and sage butter roasted turkey, traditional buttery herb stuffing, giblet pan gravy, cranberry orange relish, carved herb crusted prime rib, carved roasted honey garlic pork tenderloin, pan seared salmon in lobster cream sauce, braised lamb in a burgundy tomato sauce. Accents include shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, deviled eggs, full salad bar, seasonal fresh fruits.
