Thanksgiving holiday travel at Sacramento International Airport: Therapy dogs and travel tips

It's the day before Thanksgiving, and big crowds are expected at Sacramento International Airport. The airport is making sure travelers stay calm through this stressful travel time by bringing in some furry friends. The BARC team has made a comeback this month for the first time since the pandemic. Airport officials said it's timely because a record 20,000 people will travel on Nov. 23 through Sacramento International Airport. On Tuesday, more than 15,000 people came through SMF.
