'That's emotions, mama!': 4-year-old expresses deep feelings after a hard day

A toddler in Prince George, British Columbia shared deep feelings with his mom after a challenging day — and his process might just be a masterclass for adults too.

When four-year-old Aldie was upset he couldn't go outside, he explained to his mom the range of emotions he felt, from anger to sadness and eventually, acceptance.

"I chose to be a tiny bit mad, but after awhile, I was OK," he said.

"Life is like that," said his mom, Jonisa Padernos. "We get upset, we get mad, we cry."

Aldie responded: "That's emotions, mama!"
