Modern Day Cinderella: Love-Struck Man Searches For Woman Who Left Trainer In Taxi

Every girl secretly dreams of starring in her own fairytale *sighs*. But one woman has unwittingly found herself in the centre of a modern day Cinderella story - and she has no idea her prince charming is trawling social media to find her.
When Jay, 32 was heading home from Heathrow Airport he spotted a beautiful woman looking a bit lost. He’d already pre-booked a taxi and ever the gentleman offered to share it with her.
The woman made quite the impression on our prince, but the journey went all too quickly and when the taxi dropped the woman off at her destination, Victoria Coach Station, he was too flustered/shy/chicken to ask for her number.
But cupid intervened in the form of a Nike trainer (glass slippers are so last century!) that Jay noticed had fallen out of the mystery lady’s bag when he got his own suitcase out of the boot.
Jay is now turning to social media to see if they can reunite him with his ‘princess’.
Speaking to Kabbee, the taxi the pair shared, he said there was a real connection between them.
For anyone wanting to help out here’s a description of the mysterious girl:
- Medium length, brunette coloured hair with blue eyes
- Caucasian, slim build, around 5ft2″ tall
- Light blue jeans and a black jersey top
- Large navy blue rucksack with a pink travel pillow attached to the outside
