Theft case ends with agreement
Nov. 20—EAU CLAIRE — Sentencing for an area woman who pleaded guilty to theft won't be held for a while. Jeanie Frederiksen isn't scheduled to be in court for that hearing until 2027.
Frederiksen, 61, was charged in 2022 with felony theft in a business setting with an amount between $10,000 and $100,000, as well as a similar charge involving less than $2,500. The difference is significant, since the latter is a misdemeanor instead of the felony represented by the former.
