Saturday: Black History Month Celebration

Listen to a blend of African and African-American music at the Ethnic Heritage Ensemble 19th Annual Black History Month Celebration at An die Musik LIVE!, 408 N. Charles St. Chicago percussionist Kahil El’Zabar, trumpeter Corey Wilkes and saxophonist Alex Harding will perform. The show marks the 50th anniversary of the group and the 19th annual Black History Month celebration. Ticket prices range from $10 to $30. Go to instantseats.com

Saturday: ‘Diamond Fever’ book launch

Baseball fans head to the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum, 216 Emory St., for the release of “Diamond Fever” by Frank Amoroso. The historical novel follows Babe Ruth during his tour of Cuba in 1920. Saturday: Baltimore County Public Library Black History Month

Learn about local landmark the Emmart Pierpont Safe House and its role along the Underground Railroad at the Black History Month celebration at the Randallstown Branch of the Baltimore County Public Library. Saturday: Lunar New Year Celebration

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon, the fifth year in the 12-year cycle, at The Walters Art Museum, 600 N.
