ASHLAND – The Drifters sang about it, and this squirrel is all in.

Up on the roof is the only place to be after a rainfall, or so it would seem for this little guy caught on camera perched atop a shed on Myers Avenue Wednesday.

What's in store for Mr. Squirrel and the rest of us as we get closer to the weekend?

More rain showers Thursday and Friday and a possible thunderstorm, according to the National Weather Service with highs in the low 80s.

Then sunshine Saturday and Sunday with a high around 80 both days and lows hovering between 58 and 60.

Look for continued sunshine Monday as a new work week begins with a high near 85.
