Experience, literally, all the great things Maury County has to offer this weekend, including the annual Experience Spring Hill, prize giveaways, live theater and a whole batch of live music.

Experience Spring Hill at Summit High

The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce welcomes citizens to visit it's annual Experience Spring Hill event this weekend for a day of fun for the whole family.

The community event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Summit High School, 2830 Twin Lakes Drive.

Browse dozens of booths representing local shops, restaurants, service providers, as well as nonprofits and local government departments.

Special events will include a photo booth, face painting station and an outdoor "touch-a-truck" vehicle display. There will also be virtual reality games, bounce houses and colorful characters for photo-ops.

This year's CASA Playhouse giveaway will take place at noon Saturday, June 25. Tickets are $20 to enter and are available online or at CASA's new location at 502 S. Garden St.

Court Appointed Special Advocates of Maury County (CASA) brings back its CASA Playhouse fundraiser to downtown Columbia for a special giveaway.

The event will take place at Maury County Coffee Roasters' roasting facility on East 6th Street located next to Marcy Jo's Muletown, with the winner being announced at noon Saturday.

Tickets to enter are $20 and available at www.CASAofMauryCounty.org or at the nonprofit's office at 502 N. Garden St.

CASA staffers will also be at Muletown starting at 10 a.m. Saturday for any last-minute ticket buyers. The event will also be streamed live via CASA of Maury County's Facebook page.

Theater at MCAG, Watershed

Watershed Public Theatre will premiere "Pride and Prejudice" with multiple shows Friday-Saturday at Columbia State Community College's Ledbetter Auditorium.

Those with a love for live stage theater have multiple opportunities to experience this weekend, presented by two of Columbia's top community theater troupes.

Watershed Public Theatre will premiere its production of Jane Austin's classic 1813 novel "Pride & Prejudice," which debuted Thursday. Additional performances will be at 7 p.m. Friday, as well as 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, with a matinee at 3 p.m. Sunday.

Performances will take place at the Ledbetter Theater at Columbia State Community College, 1665 Hampshire Pike. Tickets are $20 for general admission, $18 for seniors age 65 and over and $10 for students and children. To purchase tickets, visit www.WatershedPublicTheatre.org.

The Maury County Arts Guild will also present its final run of "Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," with performances at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with a matinee at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Summerstock concert at Riverwalk

The Summerstock concert returns to Riverwalk Park, once again hosted by Foster Party of 8, along with Buck Sixx and special guests. The free concert starts at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Come out to Riverwalk Park this Saturday for another free Summerstock concert presented by Foster Party of 8.

The lineup will also include Buck Sixx and other special guests, with performances starting at 5:30 p.m., with the main event beginning at 7:45 p.m.

Summerstock will also include multiple food trucks. The show will also be lawn seating, so be sure to bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the show.

Shlomo Franklin will perform at Bad Idea Brewing, 307 W. 11th St. in the Columbia Arts Building, starting at 6 p.m. Friday.

Stone Harvest will perform at DB's, 1144 Riverside Drive, starting at 6 p.m. Friday.

Karis Opal will perform at Twisted Copper Brewing Company, 121 S. Main St. in Mt. Pleasant, starting at 7 p.m. Friday.

Muletown Jazz Collective will perform "Jazz in The Stacks," at the Maury County Public Library, 211 W. 8th St. starting at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

John Bogg will perform at Bad Idea Brewing starting at 6 p.m. Saturday.

Mt. Pleasant's Music on the Porch series returns this weekend featuring Liv Noelle at 510 N. Main St. starting at 7 p.m. Saturday. Bull's BBQ & Catering will also be serving food throughout the show.

Brother Theresa will perform at The Rebel Bar and Grill, 307 Riverside Drive, starting at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

The Escape Band will perform at The Boondox, 3543 Highway 431, starting at 8 p.m. Saturday.
