Milton Memorial Day Ceremony

10 a.m. Monday, May 29. Veterans Memorial Plaza, 5191 Willing St., Milton. The Veterans Memorial Plaza's annual Memorial Day ceremony will take place in remembrance of the brave men and women who gave their lives while serving our country. The ceremony will feature the Milton High School Navy Junior ROTC, pastors Brian Dieda and Jim Liberacki, Milton High School Chorus, Captain Paul N. Navarre Memorial Day Ceremony

11 a.m. Monday, May 29. Navarre Park. 8513 Navarre Parkway. The Navarre High School Honor Guard and Navy Junior ROTC will provide the color guard, national anthem singers and buglers for Taps. Col. Kenneth Rodriguez (Ret.) will be the guest speaker and various local organizations will lay wreaths in memoriam. More info: santarosa.fl.gov.

Memorial Day Backyard BBQ

1 p.m. Monday, May 29. Coastal County Brewing Company, 3041 E. Olive Road. Coastal County’s craft kitchen staff will be manning the grills to provide attendees with their favorite backyard barbecue fare. They’ll also be joined by Coastal Chill Co. bringing Italian ice treats and gourmet ice cream flavors. Joey Collins will take the Beer Garden Stage at 2 p.m. with live entertainment. Pensacola Memorial Day Concert

3:30 p.m. Monday, May 29. Hunter Amphitheater at Community Maritime Park, 351 W. Cedar St. The Pensacola Civic Band continues the tradition of honoring our men and women in uniform, veterans, their families, and all those who have given their lives for America with the eighth annual Pensacola Memorial Day Concert. This event honoring the bravery and sacrifice of the country’s veterans and members of the U.S. Armed Services is a season highlight for the members of the band and the Pensacola community. Free. Monday Night Blues

7 p.m. Monday, May 29. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Seville Quarter and the Blues Society of Northwest Florida are bringing the “blues” back to the Seville Quarter Entertainment District. Bands on the Beach

7 p.m. Tuesday, May 30. Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach's popular outdoor summer concert series with performers for every musical taste. Featuring a lineup of regional artists, Bands on the Beach delivers an eclectic musical experience throughout the entire summer. This week features Cristi Dees’ Bad Juju. Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon Fiesta Days Celebration

7:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 31. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Be sure to join the Surrender of the City in Phineas Phoggs at Seville Quarter as local dignitaries such as the mayor, fire chief, supervisor of elections, Escambia County sheriff and Pensacola Naval Air Station’s commanding officer surrender the city of Pensacola and its citizens to DeLuna and his queen for the Fiesta season. THURSDAY

Brit Floyd - 50 Years of Dark Side

8 p.m. Thursday, June 1. Saenger Theatre, 118 S. Palafox St. Brit Floyd returns to the stage to perform a brand-new production celebrating 50 years of the ground-breaking and iconic musical masterpiece The Dark Side of the Moon. The show will feature classic tracks from the album such as Time, Money, Us and Them, and The Great Gig in the Sky. Puffs

7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 2 through 11. Pensacola Little Theatre, 400 S. Jefferson St. For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs, who also happened to be there. A fast-paced romp through the Seven Increasingly Eventful Years giving you a new look at a familiar adventure from the perspective of three potential heroes just trying to make it through a magic school that proves to be very dangerous for children. Grand Fiesta Parade

7 p.m. Friday, June 2. Downtown Pensacola. Come catch some beads, hear the sounds of local high school marching bands, and enjoy watching beautiful floats parade through downtown. Fiesta Boat Parade

Saturday, June 3. To watch the cruise from land, the best views will be from Sanders Beach-Corinne Jones Resource Center or Plaza de Luna in downtown Pensacola. Join Fiesta as DeLuna's court, crew and parade of vessels set sail on the beautiful Pensacola Bay. More info: fiestapensacola.org.

Sea Turtle Baby Shower

9 a.m. Saturday, June 3. Gulfside Pavilion, Pensacola Beach. Join the Pensacola Beach Advocates, Island Times, the Santa Rosa Island Authority and the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce for the annual Sea Turtle Baby Shower. Load up the families and kick off the summer fun on Pensacola Beach as organizers educate visitors and locals about the nesting habits of sea turtles. True Colors: A Celebration of Pride

Blues on the Bay

6 p.m. Sunday, June 4. Community Maritime Park Hunter Amphitheater, 301 W. Main St. This free concert series is one of the most popular events for locals and visitors to spend the final hours of their weekend enjoying great music with family and friends in a great atmosphere. Concert spectators are invited to bring coolers and lawn chairs. Guests of all ages are encouraged to enjoy the cool breeze of the bay while listening and dancing to some of the region's best musical talent. This week features the Platinum Premier Band.
