Pueblo History and Art Walk Kickoff at Blo Back Gallery

131 Spring St. | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. | Celebrate art and the history of Pueblo by enjoying guided tours of the neighborhood loops, live music, vendors, raffles and food trucks. Various performances will occur throughout the day.

Spring Home Show at Pueblo Convention Center

320 Central Main St. | noon to 6 p.m. and again 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday | The Pueblo Home Show will showcase local and national vendors ready to help with home renovation, home improvement or home decor inspiration. Spring Fest at Colorado State University Pueblo

Occhiato Student Center Patio, 2200 Bonforte Blvd. | 5-8 p.m. | Spring Fest will feature music, a cash bar, free food, bounce houses, face painting, T-shirt making and more. The event is free and open to the public.

Enneagram Workshop at First Presbyterian Church

220 W. 10th St. | 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. | Contemplative Outreach of Southern Colorado will host the workshop focusing on the Enneagram, a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. Fun Fair at City Park

George Williams Pavilion, 800 Goodnight Ave. | 9 a.m. to noon | This Week of the Young Child event sponsored by Pueblo Community College Children First will feature games, prizes and fun. The event is free.

Dia de Los Ninos celebration at Servicios de la Raza

805 W. Fourth St. | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. | This free community celebration in honor of Servicios de La Raza's one-year anniversary serving Pueblo is set to include family-friendly activities, games, food, dancing, COVID-19 vaccines, health screenings, resources, music and a petting zoo.

Pueblo Has Talent Auditions at Pueblo Mall

3429 Dillon Drive | 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. | Free walk-up auditions, limited to 3 minutes per performer, will be held in front of JC Penney. The top 50 contestants will advance to the semifinals May 7. Remaining acts will perform for the finals on May 21. Both the semifinals and finals will be held at Pueblo Memorial Hall, 1 City Hall Place.

Slovenian Heritage exhibit at Pueblo Heritage Museum

201 W. B St. | 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. | Free admission in honor of the new exhibit created in collaboration with the Slovenian Library and Genealogy Museum. Event will include a 1 p.m. ribbon cutting by the Pueblo chamber.

35th Anniversary Celebration at Trane

101 William White Blvd. | 1-3 p.m. | Employees of the commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning Pueblo manufacturing facility and their families are set to enjoy a catered lunch and take part in activities. Employees with 30-plus years of service will be recognized during a ceremony with Mayor Nick Gradisar, representatives from Pueblo City Council and Pueblo Economic Development Corporation staff.

Knights of Columbus breakfast at Shrine of St. Therese

"Life Lines" photo exhibit at Steel City Art Works

216 S. Union Ave. | 5-8 p.m. | Photography exhibit featuring the work of local shutterbugs will include complimentary, festive refreshments for Cinco de Mayo, the Tom Ossner “Trout on the Route” art sculpture and a books signing with guest author Rebecca Nolting, author of “Pieces of Faith.” The photo exhibit will run throughout May.

Makers in May exhibit at Liminal Space Gallery

107 S. Grand Ave. | 5-8 p.m. | Scott Farmer will display a variety of artwork in stained glass, hand-dyed fabric, quilts, rag rugs and more. Complimentary refreshments and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. Sweet Bouquet Quartet will provide music.

First Friday Art Walk at Blo Back Gallery

131 Spring St. | 6-9 p.m. | The event will feature an Invitational Artificial Intelligence Art and Tech Exhibition featuring seven local artists. Afterparty set for 8-10 p.m. featuring music with DJ Jojo and fresh Mexican-style refreshments available. Cost is $5.

Fountain Creek Family Fest at El Centro del Quinto Sol

The Great Pueblo Sleepout at Colorado State University

Art and Lorraine Gonzales Stadium, 2200 Bonforte Blvd. | 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. | This Pueblo Rescue Mission fundraiser will have participants sleeping outside in solidarity with the unhoused. The event will feature food, beverages, raffle prizes and onsite restrooms.

Great Pueblo Flood documentary at Blo Back Gallery
