Holland Farms Pumpkin Patch & Maze

8 a.m. Sunday to Saturday through Nov. 5. Holland Farms, 2055 Homer Holland Road, Milton. Enjoy a farm hayride around the farm and to the pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin of your choice. New activities for this year include a 3/4-mile train ride around the farm and a new innertube hill slide. StudioAmped

6 p.m., doors; 7 p.m., show; Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Oct. 3 through 7. Jean & Paul Amos Performance Studio, Kugelman Center for Telecommunications, 1000 College Blvd. Launching its 13th season, StudioAmped showcases the original music of regional bands and artists. The shows are recorded live before a studio audience in the fall and premiere on WSRE PBS in January. This will be the 11th production of the series’ “Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival Special.” This week features Jessie Ritter on Monday, Stormfolk on Wednesday and the Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival show on Friday. Monday Night Blues

7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Seville Quarter and the Blues Society of Northwest Florida are bringing the “blues” back to the Seville Quarter Entertainment District. Bands on the Beach

7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4. Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach's popular outdoor summer concert series with performers for every musical taste. Featuring a lineup of regional artists, Bands on the Beach delivers an eclectic musical experience throughout the entire summer. This week features Southern Breeze. Jazz From Across the Pond

8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6. Sanders Beach-Corinne Jones Resources Center, 913 South I St. The Choral Society of Pensacola’s season opens with a program of jazz from both sides of the Atlantic. The program includes George Shearing’s Songs and Sonnets (with words by Shakespeare), Bob Chilcott’s A Little Jazz Mass, Billy Strayhorn’s “Take the A Train,” Harold Arlen and Johnny Mercer’s “That Old Black Magic,” and Matt Dennis and Tom Adair’s “The Night We Called it a Day.” Prices in advance are $20 (adult), $18 (senior/military), $10 (student), $5 (child), and $15 (groups of 10 or more). Cinemas in the Sand

6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7. Pensacola Beach Gulfside Pavilion on Casino Beach. Pack up your beach chairs and a blanket, and dig your toes in the sugar-white sand while watching classic family movies on Pensacola Beach this fall. The Santa Rosa Island Authority invites families and kids, young and old, to its newest event, Cinemas in the Sand movie nights on Pensacola Beach. Bands on the Blackwater Fall Concert Series

The Phantom of the Opera

7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7 through 16. The Center, Clark Family Cultural Center, 400 S. Jefferson St. The Phantom of the Opera, Ballet Pensacola’s 2022-2023 season opener, tells the story of a masked figure lurking below in the catacombs of the Paris Opera House, exercising a reign of terror on all the inhabit it. The masked figure falls madly in love with a young ballerina and devotes himself to creating a new star by nurturing her extraordinary talents and by employing his devious methods. Run for the Reef 10K/5K and Kid’s One Mile Fun Run

7:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8. Navarre Beach. The run starts at the Navarre Beach boat launch parking lot and features an out-and-back course along scenic Gulf Boulevard. This event is a fundraiser to help “Make Navarre Snorkelicious,” a benefit for the Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reefs. More info: navarrebeachmarinesanctuary.org.

21st annual Navarre Car, Truck, and Bike Show

Munson Community Heritage Festival

9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 8 and 9. Blackwater River State Forest. Visitors will learn about old-time ways through hands-on demonstrations. The event features a Civil War re-enactment camp, Native American displays, wood carving, basket weaving, shoe cobbling, cross-cut sawing, an old-time circular sawmill operation, turpentining, and displays by local museums. The Knights of Columbus of St. Sylvester presents their Smokin’ in the Square barbecue cookoff fundraiser featuring a day of food, family and fun. Sample tons of unique recipes made on the grill, vote for your favorite team and enjoy specialty food and drink vendors. 16th annual Pumpkin Patch

1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8. Blue Wahoos Stadium, 351 W. Cedar St. Attendees will have thousands of hand-blown glass and handcrafted ceramic pumpkins to choose from. The pumpkins are created by artists working in the glass and ceramic studios at First City Art Center. Handmade pumpkins come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Prices for pumpkins begin at $20. Bluegrass in the Woods

Charity Chili Cook-off and Volleyball Tourney

The tour marks Weird Al’s long-anticipated return to the concert stage after his successful Strings Attached Tour in 2019. Special guest Emo Philips will open the show. Tickets start at $39.
