Third person dies following Aiken County crash

A third person died following a crash on Saturday in Aiken County.

Tabatha Kitchings, 46, of Aiken, was pronounced dead Tuesday morning from injuries sustained in the crash, according to a news release from the Aiken County Coroner's Office.

Kitchings was driving a 2012 Toyota Camry that crashed into a 2020 Kia SUV on Williston Road near Azalea Drive, according to the release. The Kia crossed over the center line and was at fault for the crash.

The two occupants of the Kia were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the release. The coroner's office and South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating.
