Thomas Doherty Cheered on Dove Cameron at "Clueless, the Musical"

Clueless, The Musical might have only opened last week, but it looks like its star, Dove Cameron, has already got her absolute number one fan. And, yup, it’s none other than her Descendants costar and IRL boyfriend Thomas Doherty.

“Watching @thomasadoherty be @DoveCameron’s biggest cheerleader tonight as he screamed from the audience makes my heart soar for them wow love is precious,” one show-goer commented on Twitter after seeing the show on Dec. 16. “He’s the most perfect,” Dove herself added when resharing the fan’s comment. Love is not dead, guys.

After much anticipation and a successful preview run in November, Clueless, The Musical finally opened to the public in New York City’s Pershing Square Signature Center on Dec. 11. (Dove even gifted her costars with some ‘90s Game Boy Colors on opening night.)

Though there is not yet any visual footage of Thomas’s actual cheers for Dove, we can definitely picture a cute moment á la Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show taking place at the performance. After all, since making their relationship official back in 2017, the couple has us accustomed to their fair share of #couplegoals: from adorable FaceTime sessions to candidly romantic text convos.

And, hey, we’re sure Thomas will continue to support Dove while she continues to take on the theatre world in the iconic yellow plaid suit of Cher Horowitz; Clueless, the Musical runs in New York City until Jan. 12.
