Thousands of J&J COVID-19 vaccine doses coming to Maryland this week

Maryland will receive thousands of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine this week, officials said Monday. Shipments of the J&J COVID-19 vaccine are on the way to all 50 states after the company received approval Saturday for emergency use authorization. Workers in Kentucky packed up nearly 4 million doses to send across the country. It was busy Monday at the M&T Bank Stadium COVID-19 mass vaccination site with the first doses of the Pfizer vaccine going into arms.
