Thousands of migrants under Texas bridge could be sent home

More than 13,000 migrants, mostly from Haiti, who are packed under an international bridge in Texas could be sent back home. They are waiting to be processed by Border Patrol, but the agency is not staffed to keep up with the sheer number of them as more migrants are expected.
