May 14—Manchester police have made three arrests in connection to a Millyard incident last month when a man was shot after allegedly hitting several people with his car during a brawl, police said.

The three, all in their early 20s, were charged with felony riot, Manchester police said in a news release. More arrests are expected and the investigation continues, police said.

The three arrested are: Alex Wilks, 21; Alessandra Muniz, 21; and Chaszley Mena, 22.

The incident took place on April 28 during a brawl behind 540 N. Commerical St. in a parking lot adjacent to Stark Mill Brewery. Police have said that Curtis Massey, 23, struck several people with his car and was shot.

He drove to a relative's house and then was taken to the hospital. Police arrested Massey on reckless conduct charges.
