Three bodies recovered from rubble of high-rise building in Sloviansk

Three bodies have been pulled out from under the rubble of a multi-storey residential building in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast, that was destroyed by Russian shelling on 7 September.

Quote from Liakh: "The bodies of all three victims - two men and a woman - have been removed from under the rubble of the apartment block on Torska Street. Take care."

Details: However, Liakh said the night of 7-8 September had passed calmly in the city.

Previously: On the night of 7 September, the city of Sloviansk in Donetsk Oblast suffered yet another Russian attack. A school, an ENT hospital, the building of the Station of Young Technicians and a high-rise building were destroyed.

Police and rescue workers have been working at the scene, clearing away the rubble of the building.

It was reported that three people had been found under the rubble. At 14:00, rescue workers found a man's body when removing debris from the site.
