Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event at the Kentucky Horse Park

The Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event will continue at the Kentucky Horse Park through April 30. The equestrian triathlon featuring Olympic-level riders, including Zara Tindall, the niece of King Charles, will open at 7 a.m. daily. Lexington Counter Clocks season opener

After 22 years of being the Lexington Legends, the rebranded Lexington Counter Clocks will will begin its minor leage baseball season at 6:45 p.m. April 28 when they face York (Pa.) Revolution at Counter Clocks Field. Why are they called the Counter Clocks? It honors the state of Kentucky’s impact on horse racing, referencing when Kentuckians made the decision to race their horses counterclockwise around the track as opposed to clockwise as they did in England. Fans can expect to see other changes at Lexington’s Counter Clocks Field, including upgrades to the hospitality areas, as well as the viewing decks and suites and new food and beverage menus.
