These three Latin crooners converted the Save Mart Center into a full-blown pachanga

Like the lyrics of Mr. Wordwide’s song ‘Don’t Stop the Party’, once the pachanga started at the Save Mart Center, more than 9,400 people, mostly Latinos, had a good time Tuesday night dancing, singing, jumping and enjoying global superstars Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin and Pitbull as they kicked off the second leg of their highly anticipated ‘Trilogy Tour 2024.’

Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin and Pitbull each performed individually singing in English and Spanish a mix of their biggest career-spanning hits for roughly an hour with state-of the art visuals.

First on stage was Enrique Iglesias who put people ready to party with songs like ‘Cuando Me Enamoro,’ ‘Súbeme la Radio,’ ‘I Like It,’ ‘El Perdón’ and ‘Bailando.’

Iglesias, who went back and forth from the main stage to a smaller stage on the back of the arena, surprised a few fans when he got off stage to hang out with them during part of a song and then climbed to get closer to other fans who received some hugs from the Spanish singer and songwriter.

Ricky Martín delighted fans not only with hits like ‘María’, ‘She Bangs,’ ‘Por Arriba, Por Abajo,’ and of course ‘Livin’ la Vida Loca’ and ‘La Copa de la Vida’ but also with his dance moves.

To close the night Pitbull didn’t disappoint with crowd-pleasing hits such as ‘Don’t Stop the Party,’ ‘I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)’ and ‘Give Me Everything.’

“The beautiful thing about music is that music is a universal language, everybody speaks music,” said the singer of ‘Timber’ and ‘Fireball.’

Briauna Guerrero, of Visalia, was one of the thousands of fans who attended the midweek concert. Ricky was their main attraction.

Rita Rodríguez, of Fresno, who was wearing a black shirt that read ‘I (heart) Mr. Worldwide’ came to the concert to see Pitbull.

“It’s my first time. It’s my first time for all of them,” Rodríguez said. “I love him (Pitbull).”

During his performance, Pitbull took the stage wearing a black hat to honor farmworkers who help put food on the tables.

Pitbull has played at the Save Mart Center four times: July 2016, with his first-ever solo tour ‘The Bad Man Tour;’ October 2017, Mr. Worldwide returned on a co-headlining tour with Enrigue Iglesias ‘Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull Live;’ February 2020 ‘Pitbull Live in Concert;’ and September 2021 with his ‘I Feel Good Tour’ with special guest Iggy Azalea.

The last time Enrique Iglesias performed at the Save Mart Center was on October 2017, when he co-headlined Pitbull’s show. The last time Ricky Martin performed at the Save Mart Center was in 2007.

The Trilogy Tour, which started on Jan. 30 in Fresno, will continue through 15 more cities in the United States. Stops include San Francisco, Palm Springs, Anaheim, Tampa, Kansas and Denver, showcasing the magic of Latin music.
