Three more Myrtle Beach hotels ready for new owners. Here’s what they’re selling for.

In Myrtle Beach’s ultra-competitive hospitality market, there’s no such thing as an off-season. Over the past several months, three more properties have joined others for sale — all with asking prices of at least $4.5 million.

A hotel within walking distance of major city landmarks is ready to sell

The 300 Tenth hotel, just a few steps from Myrtle Beach’s SkyWheel and boardwalk, is on the market at $4.9 million. Originally listed Oct. 12, the 20,854-square-foot property boasts 34 units.

A combo deal on landmark downtown properties can be had for just more than $5 million

The Coral Sands and Sea Gypsy properties along N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach are being offered in a $5.25 million package that would give its owner 58 short and long-term rental units with opportunities for broader redevelopment in the city’s entertainment core.

The distinctive Mystic Sea can be had for $7 million

Posted Oct. 2, the Mystic Sea at 2105 S. Ocean Blvd. features 63 rooms and is “turn-key ready” for a new proprietor, according to the listing.

Chicago-based real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield’s newly established Southeastern hotel group is managing the sale.
