MANALAPAN - A New York clothing boutique and a bakery are among the new tenants coming to Gordons Corner Center.

Lu Bella Boutique, which has five stores in New York, has opened a store in a 4,000-square-foot location at the shopping center, which is located at 285 Gordons Corner Road, according to The Goldstein Group, a Paramus-based commercial real estate brokerage. It features women's clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories.

The center's landlord, Gordons Corner Realty, was represented by Mark Handwerker, executive vice president at The Goldstein Group.

The 45,000-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Amboy Bank, Dunkin and other community retailers. The owner recently built a new addition to the center to add to the neighborhood's demand for additional tenants," said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, in a statement.

Here's what else is going there:

• Archingle's Kitchen has leased a 1,900-square-foot store to open Bakery & Balloons. The space has previously been occupied by a bakery, Handwerker said. Michael Sclafani from ReMax-Central in Manalapan represented the tenant.

• Atlantic Physical Therapy has leased 3,200 square feet. Steve Richel from Richel Commercial Brokerage in Wall represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
