Sister, Sister star Tia Mowry just shared another inside look at her nighttime skincare ritual, and it's *intense*. Think 21-steps-of- skincare-plus-bubble-bath-and-sage intense.

She starts her routine with three steps of makeup removal. "I've learned the hard way keeping makeup on at night when you go to sleep, I'm telling you, when you wake up you don't have a beauty mark, you have something else," she says.

In another video posted last year, she explained, "When I was working on Sister, Sister, I would wear makeup every day because I was working on a set and I would leave my makeup on, and it would always break me out. The makeup artist was like, 'that is the worst thing that you can do for your skin.'"

Her first step is removing her magnetic eyelashes. To take off her makeup before cleansing, she uses Bogavia Facial Cleansing Oil and Makeup Remover. (If she's in a rush, she uses a Klorane Makeup Remover wipe.) Then, she uses a liquid cleanser from Collosol Eau de Lait on a cotton pad and "cleans" her face without rinsing it off. Next, she uses a Shani Darden toner.

Even after using three different products, her cotton pad still has makeup on it. "I just like to make sure everything is clean," she says. "Do you see how makeup is still coming off? This is why I do what I do. Because sometimes you think right after you wash your face once, it's completely gone, but the makeup is not gone and then you're sleeping with all of that on your face."

Whenever she needs to exfoliate, she uses Caudalie Creme Exfoliante "I do this probably two times out of the week," she says. "It gets rid of all the dead skin cells on your skin."

"Moisturizing is the key when it comes to your skin," she adds. Since she started moisturizing, Tia says, "I have noticed a huge shift and a change in my skin." She applies a few drops of Vintner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum to her face and neck and follows it with Rodin face cream.

To nourish her skin from the inside, she's a fan of supplements and tries to drink two liters of water every day. Still, Tia admits that she has good genes, and both her mother and grandmother were skincare fanatics while she was growing up. "My mom always took good care of her skin, she always moisturized her skin," she said. "I definitely learned a lot from my mother to just start taking care of your skin at a young age. You don't have to wait until you start seeing wrinkles."
