Tickets for Aiken Fall Steeplechase available online beginning July 1
Jun. 28—Following a two-year hiatus because of COVID-19, the Aiken Fall Steeplechase will return Oct. 29 for its 29th edition.
The autumn horse races over jumps will be held for the first time at Aiken Steeplechase Association's new venue at 2020 Richland Avenue East.
Online sales of tickets, parking passes and special packages will begin Friday, July 1, at aikensteeplechse.com.
Patron tickets will cost $35 apiece from July 1 through Sept. 30 and $40 apiece afterward.
Admission will be free for children ages 10 and under.
Patron parking passes will cost $40 apiece.
Guarantor Terrace Tent tickets will cost $175 each from July 1 through Sept. 30 and $200 apiece afterward.
The cost of a Deluxe Railside Tailgate package — 10 patron tickets and five patron parking passes — will be $1,000.
The cost of a Winners Club Box package will be $4,000. The package will include 10 box passes, five parking passes, a catered lunch an open bar, a 10-foot by 10-foot tent and access to luxury restrooms.
Boxholders will be able to purchase up to five additional box passes.
Sales of reserved railside and reserved second row tailgate spaces will begin July 11, and they will be available for purchase only at the Steeplechase Association's office at 528 Two Notch Road S.E.
Reserved railside spaces will cost $300 apiece.
Reserved second row tailgate spaces will cost $175 each.

The Steeplechase Association also conducts the Aiken Spring Steeplechase, which is scheduled for March 25 in 2023.
It was held for the first time at the new venue this past March after a two-year break because of COVID-19.
The site for both the Fall and Spring steeplechases previously was the Aiken Horse Park Foundation's Bruce's Field at 931 Powderhouse Road S.E.
The Spring Steeplechase is part of the Aiken Triple Crown, which also includes the Aiken Trials and Pacers & Polo.
