Tickets available for Logan Nose-On lunch

SOUTH BEND — Tickets are now available for The Great Logan Nose-On Luncheon, which takes place at noon March 21 at Century Center, 120 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The keynote speaker will be Lizzie Velásquez, a motivational speaker, activist and author. She will speak about her rare genetic condition, her anti-bullying campaign and how she has navigated life since being dubbed “World’s Ugliest Woman” in a video posted on YouTube when she was 17.

Velásquez is an executive producer of the award-winning 2015 documentary based on her life, “A Brave Heart: The Lizzie Velásquez Story,” which chronicles her journey from cyber-bullying victim to global anti-bullying activist.

Tickets are $100. Ticket sales close March 15.

Logan’s annual Nose-On fundraiser also is underway with green noses, shirts and other related items available for purchase.
