Grammy award-winning musician Pharrell Williams is bringing a three-day event to Norfolk in November, and tickets are on sale.

The Mighty Dream Forum, from Nov. 1-3, will feature food, music, art and business networking opportunities. Attendees can purchase tickets for individual events, single-day passes or multi-day badges ranging in price from $750 to $3,500. A three-day badge for students costs $75.

The most expensive tickets include reserved seating and an invitation to an exclusive party.

Some aspects of the conference will be free for the community, according to a press release.

Events include a business block party in the NEON art district, nightly concerts, a dinner and a closing night conference. Locations for the concerts have not yet been announced.

Mighty Dream Forum is a follow-up to an event Williams hosted last year at Norfolk State University, where corporate leaders discussed the potential of Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Williams, 49, grew up in Virginia Beach. At the event, Williams asked local business leaders to not let race, gender, sexual identification or orientation get in the way of creating businesses and job opportunities.

At the conference, college seniors will be able to connect with a business leader and a local entrepreneur can have lunch with a seasoned venture capitalist, according to the event’s website.
