Tickets on sale Friday for Bill Burr at Assembly Hall in Bloomington

Comedian Bill Burr will perform at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington on Sept. 30. Burr announced the second leg of his “Bill Burr (Slight Return)” tour Monday.
The tour will span 25 cities starting in September, according to a Live Nation press release. Tickets for the tour will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through IU Auditorium or Burr’s website.

Burr was nominated for the Grammy Award Best Comedy Album for his Netflix comedy special “Bill Burr: Paper Tiger” in 2020. The six-hour long special was released in September 2019 and was his sixth stand-up special, according to Emerson Today.
Burr will host his new Netflix special “Bill Burr Presents: Friends Who Kill” June 6.
