  • Tiffany Haddish just dropped a gorgeous new pic on Instagram.

  • In the snap, the 42-year-old comedian and Girl’s Trip star is modeling her Tonight Show outfit (which was a short blue romper paired with acid green stilettos). And can I just say? Hello, legs!

  • Tiffany, who went on a fitness journey during quarantine, likes to stay in shape by doing virtual reality workouts from Supernatural—in addition to getting in some serious gym time.

Jimmy Fallon may be the host of The Tonight Show but the spotlight was on Tiffany Haddish as she appeared as a guest.

In a recent Instagram snap, Tiffany posted her on-air outfit and everything about it was spot-on fashion. The 42-year-old comedian and Girl’s Trip star wore a blue romper that showed off her totally toned legs and cinched waist. And to round it all off, she paired the ensemble with bright green stilettos to make her cute ‘fit serve even more bad b*tch energy

“See you all tonight on @fallontonight,” Tiffany captioned the photo. She also showed off her blonde pixie cut which is giving me major Kris Jenner vibes. I mean this as the highest compliment.

Fans and friends filled Tiffany’s comments with praise. Ms. Cynthia “Fifty Cynt” Bailey of the Real Housewives of Atlanta commented a red heart. Paris Hilton typed in a heart-eyed emoji, and Mindy Kaling said what I was thinking: “🔥.” A picture, or an emoji in this case, truly speaks a thousand words.

Tiffany’s fit figure is the result of some hard work over quarantine, when the star dedicated her time off to upping her fitness game and building muscle. She told Women's Health she goes to the gym for an hour-and-a-half twice a week. “I do a lot of weights, like squats and stuff,” she said. She also loves kickboxing, barre, HIIT, and aerial yoga. “I'll end up taking either two classes, or I'll do one hour of weights and then one class, and I get out of there.”

When Tiffany doesn’t have a proper workout scheduled, she takes 15 minutes to do some sort of movement. “My favorite is to just go ahead and take 15 minutes and just do some physical activity,” Tiffany says. That might mean dancing around, holding a plank, or doing a few sets of sit-ups, crunches, squats, or a combination! 2022 #goals for sure.

When Tiffany is at home she uses virtual reality goggles that look beyond fun. “There's this app in there called Supernatural,” she told Women’s Health. “It feels like you're playing a game...but you are getting a full-body workout. I'll take that thing off after 15 minutes and I am dripping.”

Tiffany also makes sure her diet is full of fresh fruits and veggies—plus lots of protein. For breakfast, she likes an egg or an avocado topped with pico de gallo. For lunch, Tiffany will typically go for a Caesar salad or a bowl of soup.

But come dinnertime, Tiffany doesn’t play. “For dinner, I'm eating whatever I want to,” she says. She also makes sure to drink around a gallon of water a day. A hydrated queen!

Much respect, Tiffany!
