McGraw last performed in Springfield in 1995, right after he made his mainstream breakthrough with Not a Moment Too Soon, which was the first of his four number-one albums on the regular Billboard 200. On the country charts, 10 of his 16 albums have hit the top of the charts, selling more than 80 million records overall.

His list of hit songs is nearly endless, with 25 of his singles reaching number one on the country charts and three of them – 1997's "It's Your Love", 1998's "Just To See You Smile" and 2004's "Live Like You Were Dying" – becoming the top country song of the year according to Billboard.

His marriage to fellow country artist Faith Hill has become one of the industry's biggest power couples, with the two joining forces on three concert tours and collaborating on a series of hit singles.

McGraw has also ventured out into the world of acting, performing in films such as Friday Night Lights, The Blind Side, Flicka and Tomorrowland. Most recently, McGraw and Hill starred in 1883, the prequel to the television show Yellowstone.

Parker has yet to reach the remarkable heights that McGraw has, but he has already gained notice in country circles for his distinctive deep voice and stylings that combine old-school country artistry with modern sensibilities. His debut EP, Hits Home, earned critical acclaim, with his most recent single "Your Baby Girl" earning attention for its emotional look at his marriage to his wife, McKenzie.

McGraw and Parker join Old Dominion (Aug. 11), REO Speedwagon (Aug. 15), Alter Bridge with Mammoth WVH (Aug. 16), Maren Morris (Aug. 19) and Nelly with Ashanti and Ja Rule (Aug. 20) as confirmed acts for the 2023 Grandstand.
