College football is back and the Kansas State Wildcats are kicking off the season at home on Sept. 3.

Kansas State hosts South Dakota at 6 p.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 3. The game will be televised on Big 12 Now, part of ESPN+.

The Wildcats finished 8-5 last season, in the middle of the pack for the Big 12. South Dakota finished 7-5 in 2021, fifth in the Missouri Valley Conference, and hosted an FCS playoff game for the first time in the program's Division-I history.
