K-State clashes with Texas Tech on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT. Viewers can watch the game at home on Big 12 Now, part of ESPN+.

Both Kansas State (3-1, 1-0 in the Big 12) and Texas Tech (3-1, 1-0 in the Big 12) made headlines a week ago with wins over Big 12 bluebloods. K-State knocked off then-No. 6 Oklahoma 41-34 on Sept. 24 behind a dominant outing from quarterback Adrian Martinez. The graduate transfer from Nebraska threw for 234 yards and a touchdown while also rushing for a whopping 148 yards and four scores. Tailback Deuce Vaughn ran for 116 yards in the win, too.

Texas Tech knocked off then-No. 19 Texas that same day, winning 37-34 in double overtime. Donovan Smith put together a clean performance for the Red Raiders, throwing for 331 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He added a rushing score, too, while tallying 42 yards on the ground.

Kansas State leads the all-time series against Texas Tech 13-9, having dominated as of late. The Wildcats have won six games in a row against the Red Raiders, including a 25-24 win last season in Lubbock, Texas.
