While the COVID-19 pandemic has put much of life on pause, Nick Jonas says one thing hasn't changed on his end: his ability to remain inspired. And it's all thanks to his wife, Priyanka Chopra. According to Entertainment Tonight, the singer shared that he has been as creative as ever with Priyanka by his side amid quarantine. Another plus? The couple has been able to enjoy downtime together, when their careers would have otherwise kept them on the road. "I've been able to stay real creative, just working on a number of things, whether it's music stuff or film, television development, and writing," he said. "But the biggest upside of all this has been that time at home, which me and Pri wouldn't have had, had this all [not] happened, as busy as our schedules have been over the last couple of years."

Nick added that their time at home has only strengthened their bond. "That has been an upside, just for a little while, kind of planting our roots," he shared. "I think both of us also spend a lot of our time bouncing our ideas off each other. Having that support kind of built-in at home is such an amazing thing. We're actually working on a number of things together as well, so it's kind of a family business at this point."

The singer also became an uncle to his brother Joe's daughter during this self-isolation period, and he's already met the newest addition to the family. "I have [met her]," Nick said. "It's, you know, Joe and Sophie's thing to speak about or not, but she's the best." While the entertainer wishes that they could all be together, his family's health and happiness is the priority—and he's hopeful that they'll be able to gather again, soon. "We've all been very fortunate, but looking forward to a time when life gets back to hopefully some kind of version of normal and we can spend more time together," Nick added.

Having a baby is also in Nick and Priyanka's plans—well after their honeymoon phase, though. "We definitely want kids, and when the time is right, it will happen," Priyanka previously told People. And Nick agreed, saying, "Let us be married first for a while before we have to make all these big decisions. We're in our honeymoon period right now and we will be for a very long time." The actress even hinted at a specific time frame when they will welcome their children. "[In] 10 years, I definitely want to have kids. That is, it's going to happen in the next 10 years," she told the outlet. "Well, hopefully earlier than that. I'm very fond of children and I want to be able to do that."
