Time to shell-abrate: Sea Life Orlando’s Ted the turtle turns 22

Ted the turtle is celebrating his 22nd birthday with a cake only a turtle could love made up of fish, krill, pellet, fruit and veggies.

Ted, who calls Sea Life Orlando Aquarium home, was treated to a day of special activities to celebrate his 22nd birthday in 2022. In his honor, the first 22 guests at the aquarium on Thursday will get a free loggerhead turtle stuffed animal.

Ted was voted Orlando’s Most-Loved Animal in 2021 and will be featured on a Frontier Airlines plane tail at the end of this year.
