Times Square Fixture 'The Naked Cowboy' Keeps Performing as Heavy Snow Falls in Manhattan

New York’s “Naked Cowboy” performed for passersby in Times Square, on February 18, as a winter weather advisory was in effect and heavy snow fell.

Footage captured by Anton Ponomarev shows Robert John Burck, aka the Naked Cowboy, singing and playing guitar for handfuls of people in snowy Midtown Manhattan.
