Timor Scooter Driver Assesses Extreme Damage Caused by Tropical Cyclone

A scooter driver captured some of the damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Seroja, on April 6, as she drove through residential areas of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.

The peak of the cyclone hit the Indonesian province on April 5 and triggered flash floods and landslides, leaving at least 128 people dead and thousands displaced, local media reported.

In video shared on Instagram by vighaaaaa, houses and building can be seen to be completely destroyed and numerous trees have fallen, leaving debris on the road. Credit: vighaaaaa via Storyful
