Timothy Reynold's family sues Baltimore City over squeegee death

The family of Timothy Reynolds, the man who died after an altercation with a squeegee worker, announced Friday it intends to file a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against the city of Baltimore and city officials. The lawsuit alleges gross negligence by the city after the July 7 fatal shooting of Reynolds allegedly by a teenage squeegee worker. Police said Reynolds was fatally shot during an altercation in which he wielded a baseball bat at a group of squeegee workers near the Inner Harbor. Earlier this month, a grand jury indicted a 15-year-old boy accused of shooting Reynolds.
