Are you tired of matching with someone on an app only to find out later that you’re totally incompatible due to one of you being polyamorous and the other monogamous? Are you tired of explaining your pronouns after someone has swiped right only to have them unmatch? Tinder is about to bring that era to an end!

As a part of a rollout of several new features on the app, Tinder has announced that it is adding relationship types and pronouns to profiles, avoiding many of the easy-to-make mistakes in finding your soulmate.

The app surveyed its users and found that a whopping 73 percent of young singles across all genders say that they want people to be more clear about what they’re looking for on dating apps, and now, Tinder is making that so much easier.

You can already choose from plenty of sexuality and gender identities on your profile, and now, it’s just as easy to add your pronouns! Tinder will have over fifteen pronoun options, and will let users choose up to four of them to put on their profile.

For relationship type, members will now be able to label themselves as interested in monogamy, ethical non-monogamy, open relationships, polyamory, or open to exploring.

According to Tinder’s survey, 52 percent of Gen Z users prefer monogamous relationships, but 41 percent are open to or seeking non-monogamous ones. 36 percent said they are interested in open relationships, and another 26 percent said they’d be interested in hierarchical polyamory.

For now, these new pronoun options are only available stateside, but relationship types will be available in the U.S., Brazil, France, the Netherlands, India, Taiwan, Italy, Spain, Thailand, Sweden, Germany, Mexico, and Canada.
