It's no secret that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has a ... unique diet. And if you want to try it, now's a great time, because his personal chef's book of recipes is on sale.

The six-time Super Bowl champion famously resists consuming coffee and strawberries, while satisfying his sweet tooth with avocado ice cream and replacing table salt with Himalayan pink salt. As odd as his preferences may seem to the Average Joe, there's no denying that the 41-year-old is still in incredible shape and playing impressive football.

Of course, it's easier to stick to such a strict diet when you make enough to employ a personal chef.

Boston-based chef Allen Campbell is the man behind Brady and wife Gisele Bündchen's organic, plant-based diet.

In March, a book co-authored by Campbell was released, containing recipes specifically inspired by keeping MLB superstars in shape for peak performance:

The Game of Eating Smart: Nourishing Recipes for Peak Performance Inspired by MLB Superstars, $16.74 (36% off)

The book, titled "The Game of Eating Smart," features 16 MLB players, including Mike Trout, Jose Altuve and Clayton Kershaw, who are "proof of the positive effect of proper nutrition."

Luckily for those of us who are curious, "The Game of Eating Smart" is among the many items discounted this Amazon Prime Day and can be snagged for 36% off its usual price.

If you're curious about what's eaten by Brady or today's MLB superstars, be sure to pick up a copy and live your best life both in the kitchen and on the field.
